Most practices establish standard office forms to use for all projects and office management based on templates from the RAIC, CCDC, OAA and EABO.

The RAIC Canadian Handbook of Practice for Architects (CHOP) provides standard forms for management of Projects ( Volume 2 - section 2.4 ) & management of the Practice ( Volume 2 - section 2.2 ).

The Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) publishes CCDC 24 a guide to model forms and support documents which includes commentary plus Word files for templates. CCDC 24 and other CCDC contracts, documents and guides can be obtained from the CCDC website.
