OAA President, Lara McKendrink, writes to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in response to the public consultation supporting the development of four-storey townhouses. In its submission, the Association points out that under the Architects Act the design of four-storey townhouses requires involvement of either an Architect or Licensed Technologist, and that OAA members stand ready to support the implementation of the Code change.
