We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Experienced Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including institutional, civic, and multi-family residential developments. We specialize in small to medium-sized renovation projects that demand a high level of attention to detail and coordination.

What You'll Bring:

• Architect: Registered (or working towards) with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).

• Proven Experience: Preferred 5-8 years of experience in an architectural firm, demonstrating proficiency in all phases of project development, from concept design to construction administration.

• Design Excellence: A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of contemporary architectural trends.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials, with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on Revit.

• Project Management Prowess: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, manage budgets and coordinate with sub-consultants and suppliers.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and colleagues.

• Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
