Your Role: Design Leader
You'll work closely with our principal architect, taking ownership of project implementation and playing a pivotal role in our growing practice. Key Responsibilities:

Production Excellence: Lead Design and the development of accurate and efficient construction documents.

Technical Mastery: Utilize your advanced proficiency in Revit to design and produce tender-ready documents and specifications that exceed expectations together with our small team of interns.

Construction Administration: Perform site reviews, shop drawing reviews, and ensure seamless consultant coordination.

Design Collaboration: Work alongside the principal architect to refine designs and implement client visions, ensuring exceptional client service.

Mentorship & Growth: Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the firm's design direction, with clear potential for future leadership roles.

Quality & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to the Ontario Building Code and maintain our firm's high-quality standards.
What You Bring:

6+ years as an OAA licensed architect with architectural experience within an architectural firm, with a strong focus on design and technical competencies.

Advanced proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

Proven experience in design, presentation, and construction drawings, with expertise in building envelope detailing.

Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and the municipal approvals process.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
