Your Role:

· Project management, and execution of the preparation of project design and working drawings

· Meet with the clients and team consultants to advance the project

· Research building regulations, review costs, and timelines throughout the construction project

· Concept Design and Design Development for Rezoning, Site Plan and Building Permit Applications

· Prepare concept design and construction tender drawings in Revit

· Construction Review during construction for design and building code conformance

· Ongoing development in technical detailing

· Research and prepare technical details for project documentation

Your Experience:

· 5-10 years experience as a technologist is required

· 3 years of Revit (BIM) experience required

· Current OAA membership

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Contract administration experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
