25:8 Architecture + Urban Design has emerged as one of the Capital’s most innovative firms. We are a growing practice that is looking for the right Intermediate/Senior Architect or Technologist to become a key member of our Team. Our office is located in a vibrant part of the nation's Capital and we sit on top of one the best coffee houses in the City!

Responsibilities :

Lead a production team and assist in the preparation of plans and specifications.
Coordinate drawing packages and specifications with consultants.
Conduct contract and site administration.
Lead and mentor junior team members in their career development.
Contribute to design and promote excellence.
Meet with clients and generate project leads.

Your Profile:

Professional degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology with 5-10 years experience.
Eligible to work in Canada & located in Ottawa, Ontario.
Technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CC, and Office Suite.
Fluency in English, French is an asset.
Experience in Part 3 & Part 9 buildings
Proficient in North American Building Science standards
Ability to coordinate Engineering & Architectural design drawings
Registered with the OAA or OAQ (or other Canadian Jurisdiction)

Salary Range$65,000- $100,000 + Performance Bonuses
