Canada Needs Condos People Actually Want to Live In

In Maclean's magazine, Pouyan Safapour argues that Canada’s condo development model is producing homes designed more for investors than end users, driven by a system that requires most units to be pre-sold before construction begins.

Safapour, president of Devron Developments, says the result is too many small, inefficient condos and calls instead for larger, more livable units that can be sold to buyers after completion.
