Azure's 13th annual AZ Awards program is a landmark vintage. Drawing over 1,000 submissions from around the world, the 2023 edition celebrates more winners than ever, with a record-breaking 26 AZ Awards winners lauded alongside 57 Awards of Merit. For the first time since 2019, they’ve also been able to fête their winners and finalists with a gala at Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works.

This year’s winners represent the best in Canadian and international design, addressing urgent problems and embracing new possibilities in a wide range of contexts and disciplines. This year's esteemed jury selected winners in 24 categories, including two draws — in the A+ Student Award and Buildings Over 1,000 sqm — which reflect this year’s exceptional calibre of talent.
