The first event of its kind hosted by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) and Pilot Projects Collaborative (Wood at Work).
This September, join us online for this important symposium that will engage participants on multi-disciplinary questions surrounding relationships between forest legacies past and future, and the design, construction, and stewardship of our built environments.
A series of experts will discuss topics such as Indigenous perspectives on sustainable forestry, the carbon sequestration potential of Canadian forests and wood products, community perspectives on regenerative built environments, and the roles that architects can play in integrating these considerations into their practices.
We look forward to you joining us for an insightful, engaging, and highly participatory event.
Registration includes:
• Access to both days
• Live event participation
• Continuing education certificate
• Invitation to the RAIC Connects Thriving Forests Community
