On Wednesday, June 3, CSC Ottawa will be hosting an in-person seminar and workshop tour titled “Specifying Wood with Confidence” at Heritage Grade Woodwork in Ottawa, Ontario.
This session will feature speakers from Heritage Grade, Upper Canada Forest Products, and AWMAC, covering practical and relevant topics such as:
- Wood species, cuts, and grading
- Veneers and sheet goods
- Specification best practices and,
- Restoration and rehabilitation of historic woodwork
The event also includes a guided shop tour, a light lunch, and opportunities for meaningful networking. To make participation easier, we are planning to offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from select locations across Ottawa.
