Eliminating the “chain drain” through better building performance data, helping align different stakeholder on the shared vision for success.
When resilience measures are considered from the start - or during major retrofit and rebuilding stages - they often add little to the budget, while protecting long-term asset value, insurability, and operational continuity for decades.
