Presenter:
Tom Arban is a Toronto based photographer who’s focus is primarily on architectural photography. He began his professional work in photography by shooting the work of a well-known Toronto design office, which he joined shortly after graduating from the University of Toronto School of Architecture in 1997. Arban developed a method for photographing modern buildings using a straightforward approach to light and materiality. His distinctive aesthetic soon led to further commissions from the architectural community and a full time dedication to documenting new work in Toronto and abroad.
