The Kuwait Community Centre
The Kuwait Community Centre is a proposed three-storey institutional building developed by the Jamaat Ul-Islamiah of Ontario on the northwest corner of Fairbank Avenue and Schell Avenue in Toronto. My role and level of involvement is to develop schematic design freehand presentation and rendering.


Hamilton Residential Condo
This low-rise mixed use residential condo in Hamilton has a dental clinic on the first floor, with the second and third floors having 10 condo apartment units. Currently at the building permit drawing stage, my role is to develop schematic design freehand presentation and rendering.


Muscat City Star
For the Muscat City Star, a hotel, shopping centre, and residential apartment complex in the Sultanate of Oman, the project site covers a land area of 15,000 square meters. The total built-up floor area of all usable space within the development will be approximately 1.6 million square feet, including all 11 above-ground levels and the basements. The development has a prime location in Muscat. It is situated along the highway from the airport to the city, approximately one kilometre from the airport. From the upper levels, there is a beautiful view of the sea and the Al Hajar Mountains nearby. I am the architect and urban designer responsible for development of the site Plan, massing, and public areas.
