In response to the call to submit sketches, please allow me to present a quick sketch I did for a young client. The project is a conceptual design of a two-storey doctor's clinic along Finch Ave. in North York, Toronto. Basically, it’s a quick sketch done during a sit-down meeting using a pen and some coloured pencils.
