W.K. Lim & M.P. Liu Architects Inc. is an established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio of building types, including schools, arenas, community centres, residential condominiums and subdivisions, corporate interiors, and industrial and commercial projects.

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent undergraduate architecture graduate to gain practical experience across the full spectrum of architectural practice while working closely with the firm's principals and project team.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in Architecture from an accredited university program and demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, ambition, and versatility.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to translate client requirements into presentation and concept drawings under the direction of the firm's principals, including three-dimensional massing models.
- Versatility and willingness to assist with contract administration tasks.
- A strong desire to learn and develop practical experience in all phases of architectural practice.
Salary Range $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
