Our Toronto studio is expanding, and we have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join the team and work on large-scale retail projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details.

• Coordination & Issuance: Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage and issue all deliverables (Permit, Bid, Construction, etc.).

• Collaboration: Liaise directly with clients and project stakeholders, and participate in coordinating and conducting scope trips.

• Mentorship: Share your expertise by helping guide and mentor junior staff members.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the architectural industry (retail or commercial experience is a major plus).

• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM). You know how to utilize BIM software to build 3D models and coordinate with project teams seamlessly.

• Code Knowledge: A strong understanding of provincial building codes nationwide.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines for multiple projects.

• Software: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam.

• Bonus Points: Graphic skills and experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop are considered great assets.

Salary Range 65-80k
