Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intermediate / Senior Architect based in our Toronto studio. The role involves leading custom home and renovation projects across all phases from schematic design and Committee of Adjustment approvals through permit documents, tender, and construction review — with direct client contact throughout. The successful candidate will manage consultant coordination, oversee drawing production and quality control, and mentor junior staff. This position requires strong design judgment, confident client communication, sound technical knowledge of residential construction and the Ontario Building Code, and a genuinely positive, collaborative attitude.
We hire people who love design. We're looking for someone who will push design — in the broader residential culture of Toronto — forward. Someone with a strong point of view on materials, detail, and cutting-edge work, who also wants to be a part of our unique studio and shape how it grows.
