AXIA is seeking an Intermediate-level Architect to join our Toteam.  We are a transparent organization that prioritizes the personal evolution and wellbeing of its members.  Your ability to work well independently, while contributing to the internal critique of other office projects, is valued and appreciated.  You will play a critical role in the design, coordination, and construction of exciting current and upcoming projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate is an architect with the proven ability to take on a leadership role in the execution of quality buildings and interiors.  You must demonstrate experience ranging from concept design through to contract administration and you will have experience working on a variety of project types. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example are valued assets. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural technology;
• Minimum 5 years of professional working experience not including co-operative education placements, ideally with experiences in Contract Administration;
• OAA Registration (Architect or Intern Architect)
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Microsoft Office and Adobe CS. 
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Must be proficient with construction documentation standards, as well as the application of the OBC.

Salary Range $70,000 to $80,000
