25:8 Architecture + Urban Design has emerged as one of the Capital’s most innovative firms. We are a growing practice that is looking for an experienced  Intermediate/Senior Architect or Technologist to become a key member of our Team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a production team and assist in the preparation of plans and specifications.
• Coordinate drawing packages and specifications with consultants.
• Conduct contract and site administration.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in their career development.
• Contribute to design and promote excellence.
• Ability to meet with clients and generate project leads.

  
  Your Profile:

• Professional degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology with 5-10 years experience.
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CC, and Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, and French an asset.
• Experience in a variety of building types of an asset.

• Good organizational and planning skills.

• Great communication skills with the ability to motivate the team.

Salary Range:

$60,000- $120,000 + Performance Bonuses
