Experience a 90-minute immersive tour through a historic house, unchanged since the 1870s with original hardwood floors and Persian carpets. In the lower galleries, discover the architectural significance of the house, its history, notable owners, and an introduction to the art and ethos of visual artist Eugen-Florin Zamfirescu. The upper galleries offer a unique exploration of art influenced by Newtonian physics, quantum mechanics, and relativity, alongside a visit to the artist’s studio and latest projects.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in as late arrivals cannot be accommodated. House shoes or soft soles are recommended to help preserve the interior. Note that the venue is not wheelchair accessible and has no public restrooms. The tour is suited for those aged 14 and up due to the nature of the presentations. Travel light as food, drinks, large bags, strollers, and non-essential items are not permitted. Photography and video are restricted inside, though capturing the exterior is encouraged. Touching any displayed items is prohibited. The space is smoke-free and tickets are non-refundable.
