The Position

The firm is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with 10+ years relevant experience in educational and municipal projects to join our team. The ideal candidate shall be self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious with excellent AutoCad / Revit / strong communications skills and be technically proficient.

Candidates should demonstrate their ability to work independently and efficiently on projects in various phases.

Candidates will be expected to have familiarity with consultant coordination, Ontario Building Code, and demonstrate an ability to work efficiently on projects in various municipalities and be able to clearly express their professional goals and aspirations.

The firm reimburses staff for number of hours worked plus overtime for greater than 40 hours.

For this position, we are looking for a staff member with experience commensurate with an hourly rate in the range of $32.50 to $45.00 per hour. In addition, there is an employee benefits / insurance programme.
