WHO WE ARE

PROP is a young and vibrant architecture and interior design in Toronto.  We specialize in creating design-driven commercial and residential spaces that help businesses thrive and homeowners love their home.  We believe in a holistic approach that integrates architecture and interior design, ensuring a seamless and functional space.

We are seeking an individual that has a passion for creative design, client-focused, with excellent communication for the position of Project Architect.   You will manage projects though all phases of the design and construction process.  The ideal candidate has an architecture background with interior design experience, a willingness to learn, and enjoys sharing ideas.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in architecture and/or interior design
• Registered as an Architect with the OAA
• Experienced in permit and construction drawings for commercial and residential projects
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit
• Proven experience with the Ontario Building Code
• Experience specifying materials, accessories, and fixtures
• Experience preparing millwork drawings

• Detail-oriented with an efficient, professional, and responsible work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others as well as individually
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within tight schedules
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro

• G License with vehicle

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing intermediate team members
• Preparing drawings and designing with Revit in all project phases
• Creating millwork drawings
• Specifying and research of materials, finishes, and fixtures
• Construction site review
• Communications with client, city, contractors, trades and suppliers

Salary Range $55-$75K. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with ability and experience.
