Marketing + Proposals Coordinator

Role Responsibilities:

Superkül is looking for a creative and resourceful individual with strong graphic, organizational, and written abilities to join our Marketing + Communications team. 

We are seeking someone who has experience with graphic design, the coordination and preparation of proposals, social media management and digital content creation, and website management. The Coordinator will join our Marketing + Communications team and work on a variety of marketing and business development activities. They will provide additional support to the firm’s leadership and architectural teams through the preparation of presentations, pitch decks, and graphic assets. 

 

Key Tasks + Responsibilities:

  • Graphic design: Work with the firm’s existing templates and develop new ones for proposals, presentations, CVs, newsletters, and general marketing collateral. Develop digital content for social media and design layouts for newsletters.

  • Proposals: Coordinate and prepare competitive proposals and manage the overall process, from initiation to submission, working in close collaboration with senior leadership. This entails identifying opportunities and summarizing requirements; creating workback schedules and check lists; managing communication with and deliverables from internal and external team members; implementing and designing layouts; developing custom graphics and data visualization; populating content; and submitting final proposals. 

  • Social media: Develop content calendar in collaboration with Marketing + Communications team, prepare posts and custom graphics, report on analytics, and research and implement new tactics and strategies to promote growth and engagement

  • Website: Maintain and update the firm’s website on a regular basis.

  • Marketing Collateral: Create and update marketing collateral, such as CVs, project sheets, references, etc.

  • Awards + Press: Assist with the identification and preparation of award submissions and fact-checking for press.

  • Photography: Assist with the coordination of project photography.

  • Events: Assist with the promotion and organization of firm events.

  • Data Management: Manage and organize data and information on the server and email distribution list.

  • Other related duties will be assigned, as required. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and able to gracefully manage and prioritize multiple and/or competing tasks

  • Passion for design, with a strong eye for detail as well as the bigger strategic picture

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign 

  • Skilled at website maintenance (WordPress)

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Confident, creative, and strategic thinker

  • Able to manage workload autonomously, with little supervision

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing / communications / graphic / administration support experience in a professional services environment, with strong preference for previous experience in architecture and design

Salary Range: Minimum $68,000

 

 The position is in-office at our Roncesvalles/Dundas Street West Studio.
