25:8 Architecture + Urban Design has emerged as one of the Capital’s most innovative firms. We are a growing practice that is looking for the right Intermediate/Senior Architect or Technologist to become a key member of our Team.

Responsibilities :

Lead a production team and assist in the preparation of plans and specifications.
Coordinate drawing packages and specifications with consultants.
Conduct contract and site administration.
Lead and mentor junior team members in their career development.
Contribute to design and promote excellence.
Ability to meet with clients and generate project leads.

Your Profile:

Professional degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology with 5-10 years experience.
Eligible to work in Canada
North American Architecture License (OAA, OAQ, AIA, RA, etc)
Technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CC, and Office Suite.
Fluency in English, French is an asset.
Experience in a variety of building types of an asset.

Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge with junior staff.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Great communication skills with the ability to motivate the team.

Salary Range: $60,000-$125,000
