Qualifications include:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an architect / architectural designer
- Candidate must be highly proficient in Revit. Previous working experience using Revit on Residential and Commercial projects will be considered an asset
- Ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction drawings and contract documents
- Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Technical knowledge of building science, specifications and construction techniques and details
- Ability to work well either on a team or independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under stringent deadlines delivering project quality
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range$68,000 - $88,000 based on experience
