Position: Intermediate Architectural Designer
Location: Markham, Ontario
Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural firm
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Skills Required:

Strong design ability

Proficiency in 3D rendering using Sketchup or other programs

Working experience with Revit for construction documentation

Working experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Microsoft programs

Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:

Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation

Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions

Utilize Sketchup and other programs for 3D modeling and visualization

Implement Ontario Building Code requirements into design and documentation

Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with clients

Construction administration
Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
