The Position

• The firm is seeking an Intern Architect / Architect with 10+ years full-time relevant experience (post-graduation) in educational and municipal projects to join our team in a hybrid (three day per week in office / two remote) or, preferably, full-time in office environment.

• We would expect candidates will be responsible for direct client liaison and will have highly developed skills as a project team leader to coordinate work by subconsultants and team members in this role.

• The ideal candidate shall be self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious with excellent Design and Communications skills with proficiency in AutoCad / Revit.

• Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their ability to work efficiently on projects in various phases and be able to clearly express their professional goals and aspirations.

• The firm reimburses staff for hours worked and overtime for greater than 40 hours.

• For this position, we are really looking for a staff member with experience commensurate with an hourly rate in the range of $37.50 to $45.00 per hour. In addition, there is an employee benefits / insurance programme and the firm covers OAA annual dues.
