ICON Architects is seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drawing all aspects of working drawings for multi-family residential projects.

• Concrete AND wood frame experience.

• A minimum of 3 completed multi-family residential projects (mid-rise and high-rise) in terms of working drawings and construction detailing.

• Should be familiar with construction administration

• Be proficient with Ontario Building Code (mainly parts 3 and 9, with emphasis on part 3)

• High proficiency of MS Office including Word and Excel

• Good communication skills with clients, consultants and officials

• References will be required and will be contacted.

Salary Range$60,000-$100,000
