Cumulus is interested in growing our diverse team of curious, innovative, and creative people. We have an opportunity for a BIM Coordinator interested in making an impact on a diverse range of innovative projects across Canada. 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for development, implementation & enforcement of company BIM standards

• Develop and maintain the company's internal BIM execution plan

• Advise and help develop project specific execution plans

• Create and maintain the project template and family/detail libraries to enhance productivity and ensure standards

• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards

• Participate in office meetings, lunch and learns, blue sky design reviews

• Stay current with best practices related to BIM

Qualifications

• Architect, Engineer or Technologist with specific Revit experience

• Professional Experience in BIM Coordination and Implementation

• Minimum 5 years experience with architectural document production and management

• Minimum 3 years experience working and managing Revit standards and workflow

• Proficient in Revit and Other BIM software

• Strong communicator with mentorship skills

• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and project teams

• Highly organized and detail oriented

Salary Range $65K-85K,commensurate with experience
