Architectural Technologist/ Intern Architect (OAA)

THE ROLE 

We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Technologist/Intern Architect with excellent communication skills, 5-10 years of demonstrated professional experience in architectural design, and exceptional skills in producing and coordinating contract documents.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

·         Proficient with Revit v2020 and AutoCAD v2020 or higher

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

·         Working knowledge of primary programs in Adobe Creative Suite

·         Working knowledge of Sketch up and similar 3D modeling massing software 

·         Knowledge of design and construction approvals processes

·         Knowledge of materials and methods and their application

·         Ability to work independently and be self motivated

·         Knowledge of developing and coordinating documents at all phases of work


Salary Range minimum $55,000.00 commensurate with experience
