The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional Project Manager and or Architect. The main focus of this position is managing projects for the automotive sector, including developing contract documents and construction administration for higher-end car dealerships. This role will require someone to successfully run 4 to 5 complex projects, from schematic design through to construction administration, flagging and resolving any conflicting deadlines. This role is for someone to work with minimal Partner oversight, excellent client management, communication and delegation skills.

What You Will Do

• Project management including developing workplans, and keeping the project on schedule.

• Develop projects from Schematic design, Design Development, Contract Document; tender; Contract administration.

• Contract documentation and administration – highly experienced and able to guide a team.

• Proficient in REVIT.

• Communication and client management.

• Overseeing staff – leading, inspiring and taking responsibility for the team to meet project expectation and protocols.

Salary Range

Compensation is dependent on level of experience - $70,000 -$90,000; + health insurance; + health and wellness benefit plan.
