You Will Need to Reset Your Password

Due to scheduled upgrades for the OAA’s database system, online member services will be impacted and inaccessible for up to 24 hours, beginning on Wednesday, April 7 at 12:01 a.m. Transcripts, ConEd hours, e-Communities, applications, the Canadian Experience Record Book (CERB), and membership renewals will all be down. The Member site at https://members.oaa.on.ca/ will also be inaccessible. 
  
This upgrade to OAA's database will come with enhanced security features to better protect you and your information. All passwords will need to be 7 characters or more in length, with at least 1 upper case, 1 number, and 1 special character (e.g. punctuation). All members are required to reset their passwords. You can do so by clicking here and selecting “Reset My Password."
