On Thursday, February 25, the OAA is hosting its webinar, “Best Practices for Contract Administration and Adjudication,” from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Ontario has ushered in the new Construction Act, with amendments to statutory remedies and timelines. Architects practising in the province should be well-versed in how the latest changes impact the delivery of their services. Glaholt Bowles LLP’s Andrea Lee and Patricia Joseph examine the role and obligations of architects in administering construction contracts on behalf of their clients, and how prompt payment and adjudication affect those obligations.
The OAA launched a series of specially priced webinars to expand learning opportunities in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic so Architects and Licensed Technologists OAA could meet the mandatory ConEd Program requirements.
