The OAA Certificate of Practice Renewal Invoice is available online. It is important to remember the Individual and Practice accounts are different and have separate login information. Click here for instructions for renewal invoices. 
 
Certificate of Practice holders who have not paid by May 1 will be cancelled on May 2.
