Practice Consultation Survey

The Practice Consultation Survey (PCS) is designed to assist architects in reviewing office practices as they pertain to Regulatory requirements and Good Practices. The survey will cover the following areas of practice:

  • Marketing and Promotion
  • Client Agreements/Contracts
  • Consultant Agreements/Contracts
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping issues
  • Records and Files
  • Personal Supervison and Direction/Quality Assurance
  • Legal
  • Project Management and Delivery of Services 

Ten percent of OAA Practices, per year, will be randomly selected and notified to take the online survey. Letters will be mailed out in early February. Completion of the survey is required within 30 days of receiving the notice. Every OAA Practice will complete the PCS once every 10 years.
