Are you an experienced architectural technologist / designer looking to make an impact in a dynamic firm? We're seeking a skilled individual with a passion for design and technical expertise to join our team.

Position: Intermediate Designer
Location: Markham, Ontario
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a architectural firm
Education: Bachelor or master 's degree in Architecture

Skills Required:

• Strong design ability
• Proficiency in 3D rendering using Sketchup or other programs
• Working experience with Revit for construction documentation
• Working experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Microsoft programs
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions
• Utilize Sketchup and other programs for 3D modeling and visualization
• Implement Ontario Building Code requirements into design and documentation
• Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with clients
• Construction administration
