    Qualifications include

    Project Manager, Architecture Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture working on commercial and / or industrial projects;
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field;
    • AutoCad and Revit skills;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma;
    • Thorough knowledge of building codes;
    • Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

    Duties include

    Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of multiple architecture projects whilst leading and mentoring assigned staff. Project Managers lead the consultants and internal resources, oversee the development of contract documents, adhere to budgets, facilitate contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.

    Supplemental to the role of Project Manager this individual will support  operations, assisting the Principal in the management of staff and work of the office, whilst being a technical resource for staff.
