    Qualifications include:

    • Professional Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
    • 5+ years of related experience administering construction contracts in an architectural office setting.
    • Computer literacy in CAD, BIM, and administrative software.
    • Candidates that are selected for an interview will be given the opportunity to make a presentation outlining qualifications they consider important for this position.

    Duties include

    MJMA is adding a position for an experienced Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will become the second dedicated CA person in the MJMA office and will assist in performing traditional field and office CA duties, but also in helping consolidate and standardize CA procedures and protocols for the office as a whole. We are developing a CA team that participates in the office QA / QC process in reviewing contract documents and specifications as well as researching materials, details, best practice solutions and in mentoring junior staff through admin processes.

    The successful candidate will work with partners, associates and architects and must demonstrate a passion for design excellence and innovation. This person must be highly motivated, organized, and most importantly, willing to engage in the open and collaborative environment of the office.
