Quadrangle is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the preparation of contract documents, site review, review of shop drawings, preparation of supplemental instructions and all other standard contract administration functions. Experience in a range of building types, but particularly adaptive reuse and medium and large scale residential. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, MS Office and other standard software programs. Knowledge of Statslog is an asset.

The following skills and experience are required:
- Five years of experience;
- Applicant is either a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) with Construction Specifications Canada or is actively working towards it;
- Experience using Revit in a professional environment is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills.
