    KIRKOR is currently looking for a Billing/Accounting Clerk who will provide information on project stages, and up to date billings. The selected candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail for this fast paced environment. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently but still a team player. We are seeking a go-getter who wants to take ownership of assignments and help monitor the construction contract administration process and procedures.

    Qualifications include

    We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in general accounting, knowledge of Architecture related billings is an asset. Excellent accuracy, reliable, and problem solving skills, and must have strong attention to detail along with memory retention skills. Knowledge of clerical processes and procedures is a must, and excellent organization, plus communication skills (written and verbal). Our ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and ability to work professionally with people within or outside the company.

    Duties include

    Enter new project information, fees, and budget hours in computer program while supporting project Billing/Project Supervisor with reports as needed. Assist with draft preparations, final invoicing, and collaborate to monitor all project earnings, collections and expenditures. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders, and contacting clients, plus resolving discrepancies with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
