We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic design focused person who can independently manage a variety of administrative priorities of an architecture studio.
- Office management experience in an architecture or interior design studio
- Quickbooks working experience
- Microsoft Project working experience
- Project scheduling and tracking
- Invoicing for both professional services and disbursements
- Consultant payments
- Production of financial statements and sales reports
- Government remittances
- Benefit plan administration
- Office supplies
- Planning office events
- Fee proposal coordination
