Considering that the paper is full of climate deniers and charlatans, it is surprising that they have a Passive House or Passivhaus category, considering that Passivhaus is all about reducing energy consumption and CO2 production."

The Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) has announced the first building certified under their new Zero Carbon standard, an office building in Waterloo, Ontario built by the Cora Group and designed by Stantec. Waterloo is a hotbed of technology startups (it is where the Blackberry came from) and continues to thrive.
