Building Equality in Architecture’s Leadership Seminar

Building Equality in Architecture’s Fourth Annual Leadership Seminar, presented in conjunction with Toronto Design Offsite and sponsored by the OAA, will take place on January 20, 2018, at 10:00 am at Daniels Spectrum. The Seminar features presentations by leading practitioners who have developed significant voices within the field of architecture. This year's speakers include 2017 RAIC Young Architect Award Recipient Jodi Batay-Csorba; Lisa Bate, B+H Architects Regional Managing Principal of North America; Tammy Gaber, Assistant Professor, School of Architecture at Laurentian University, planner and ecologist Nina-Marie Lister, principal of PLANDFORM and Graduate Program Director and Associate Professor at Ryerson University; and Anne McIlroy, founding Partner of Brook McIlroy. The seminar will be moderated by Lola Sheppard of internationally renown Lateral Office. While the seminar is directed at recent grads and young professionals who are interested in the various ways one can develop an architectural practice, all members of the OAA are invited to attend.
