to join our Toronto-based,
award-winning architecture and interior design studio. We’re on the lookout for a
design-oriented architect well versed in delivering projects from start to
finish.

facility design, Gow
Hastings offers fully integrated, multidisciplinary
consulting services in architecture and interior design. Gow
Hastings is recognized in particular for design excellence in higher education,
and public projects. We have several exciting projects
currently in development for the University of Toronto, Conestoga College,
Niagara College, Toronto Botanical Gardens and the City of Toronto Nathan
Phillips Square.

Minimum Qualifications include:

Demonstrated proficiency in designing and detailing through all project phases; leading and coordinating with project team; and interfacing with clients and consultants;

Ability to manage multiple projects
-
Highly developed project management skills;

Expertise in Contract Administration
-
Fluency with Revit and BIM software, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office;

In depth knowledge of Ontario Building Code, and relevant planning and code regulations;

OAA licence and LEED AP an asset;
-
Flexibility and aptitude to handle multiple deadlines in a high energy work environment;

Creative and collaborative, with enthusiasm, commitment and ability to deliver a high level of design

Clear and effective oral and written communication skills

Friendly and personable
Salary Range: $70,000-80,000.
