THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing & Business Development Coordinator with a diverse skill set and an enthusiasm for design and architecture. This individual will be instrumental in driving the growth of our firm by bolstering our brand presence, promoting our work, and supporting business development activities. Collaborating closely with the Leadership Team, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leading the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, executing the social media strategy, exploring new business opportunities for the practice, and developing proposals and other pursuit materials.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the firm's brand visibility and promote our projects and services.

  • Manage the firm's website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines. Proficiency in WordPress CMS is preferred.

  • Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn to engage our audience and drive traffic to our digital assets.

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the development of pursuit strategies and client acquisition efforts.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral for client and project pursuits, including writing, graphic design, and content creation.

  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, coordinate press releases, and seek opportunities for media coverage in print and online publications.

  • Research, plan, and coordinate award submissions to showcase the firm's achievements and expertise within the industry.

  • Plan and coordinate the firm's participation in industry events, including conference sponsorships, speaking engagements, and trade shows.

  • Manage the annual marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Oversee community engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to support the firm's values and enhance our reputation in the community.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and website analytics.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets in a competitive environment.

  • Confidence and professionalism in engaging with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, partners, and media contacts.
