Job Description:

Are you passionate about architecture and thrive in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and consultants to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide design leadership, guidance to clients, and coordinate with consultants.

• Lead projects through all stages from Design Development to Site Administration.

• Prepare client presentations, design documentation, and contract administration materials.

• Coordinate with external consultants.

• Participate in business development activities to build and strengthen client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of current design trends, construction methodology, and materials application

• Proficiency in building science, architectural building systems and sustainability practices

• Strong technical construction knowledge and expertise in Ontario Building Code. Knowledge of Quebec Building Code is an asset.

• Experience with Revit software and 3D modeling software (Sketch-Up preferred)

• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to lead teams, collaborate internally, and manage client communications effectively.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bilingual, French/English

Qualifications:

• B.Arch or M.Arch or equivalent degree

• Enrolled in the OAA/OAQ internship program or holding a license of practice

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (post-graduate, excluding internships)

Work Arrangement:
